By texting Wall Street Appraisals, you agree to receive text messages from us about your appraisal inquiry. These terms govern our SMS text messaging program. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not text us; instead, call us at 408-755-3518.
Messages We Send
We use text messages to respond to your appraisal inquiries, share quotes, confirm appointments, ask for property details, and provide updates related to your request. We do not use SMS for promotional marketing without your separate consent.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your conversation and the status of your appraisal request. Typically you can expect a reply the same business day, followed by a few messages to coordinate details and scheduling.
Rates & Charges
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any messaging charges from your carrier.
Opt Out & Help
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. To receive assistance, reply HELP or call us at 408-755-3518. After opting out, you may resume messaging by texting us again.
